The winner of the best shopping cart for 2 toddlers is Sam's. A seat for each kid. And they even have a cart with the seat for the kids separate from the basket so they aren't opening/getting into everything!
The worst...Kohl's. Those aren't carts. They are buggy's. Lesson learned!
