Justin started this thing with Rachel that if she doesn't put her seat belt on that the "police are going to come and get you". This applies when she resists to put her seat belt on, resists to sit in her seat or when we are on the road and she is wanting to get out of her car seat.
I was able to capture it on video one day as we were playing outside. Funny stuff!
