I had a $150 giftcard to Urban Retreat and opted for the deep tissue massage. I can't remember the last time I had one of these. It hurt so bad that it felt so good...if that is possible! I just told the therapist to not touch my left arm. If I told them it was fractured they may not perform the massage. She put this Arnica oil all over my arm to help it heal. Little did she know!
I don't think I would ever pay $150 for a massage on my own so this was a treat. I occasionally do the Massage Envy membership, but have had trouble finding a good therapist. At the same time, it's a luxury so I can't financially do it all the time. With the kids and all the running I do my back just kills me sometimes!
