Running is my therapy

After a 2 week break I was ready to run again. Justin told me to take it easy and do 5. I said ok knowing that everyone was running 8-10 miles that day. I checked out the route and identified 2 places for me to bail and go back to my car. However, I didn't need to. I felt good. I felt energetic. I needed this. I was in a rut and being out there made me feel better. Running really is my therapy. The first step is always getting out of bed and showing up. It's always the hardest, but you never hear anyone say "I regret doing this" at the finish line!
