Completed a tri in Cypress on Labor Day. The race went well. However, around mile 9 on the bike I got so tired. My body hadn't eaten well the day before so I relied on Gu to get me to the finish line. It was a fun race. Unfortunately someone lost their life though. During the run I saw a guy on the ground with the paramedics treating him. I didn't think anything of it. Just figured he pulled a muscle or something, but come to find out that he later passed away at 37 years old.
