Sundays

Sundays have always been hectic at my house. Growing up with 4 kids sharing one bathroom and getting ready for church has always been a little nutty. However, Sundays were family day. Time to sit down and eat breakfast before church (if we weren't sleeping in of course). No hustle and bustle of the grab and go breakfasts during the week. No soccer game or swim meet on Saturday mornings. Sunday was our day.

Surprisingly this Sunday Francesca made me a birthday breakfast that was waiting for me when I woke up. It was very sweet of her! Again, the best present of all. After our pancakes and eggs we went to church where Rachel decided to be 'that' kid crying and screaming about something in the beginning. Luckily we always sit next to the cry room to escape. What's funny is that another mom who was staring at our lil episode was in my shoes 20 min later with her kid. It just makes you laugh at these kiddos. I love looking at families in church. Especially the bigger families. Guess it just reminds you of God's blessings.

Sundays. As crazy as life gets it is family day. A day to reflect on your week, pray for your upcoming week and thank God for your blessings.
